4 years ago Gracie came into my world when I needed her most. She was found tied to a cinder block in Tijuana, Mexico when animal control stepped in. A BC based rescue @blackdogrescuesocietybc then posted a photo that changed my life. Grieving so hard from the passing of Twinkie, I applied for her right away. The next morning I got the call. I was chosen over 35 other applicants in the Vancouver area. I picked Gracie up 4 years ago today. So today, we celebrate. I took the day off work to spend every moment today making sure she knows how grateful I am that we found each other. If you’re thinking about rescuing a dog, here’s your sign ✨

My YouTube channel just hit 7000 subscribers! This is the result of featuring five songs a week for the past two years. I’m proud to report that I’ve donated over $2000 to Saints Rescue so far this year! They work so damn hard to ensure the lives of over 100 animals they care for live the best lives possible. Budget constraints are as constant as cost of living hikes. I want to do everything I can to help these people. It is my belief that animals, especially domesticated and farm animals, are humans’ responsibility to deal with.
